WEGO BALTIMORE 7/15/2010- We are headed to Inner Harbor Baltimore to talk to people about who they are and what they believe. All you will need is money for Dinner. We will be leaving Pathway Community Church at 3:30 PM. ATTEND BALTIMORE WEGO
WEGO DC & NYC 7/22-23/2010- Thats right we are going to do a big city tour.
Thursday we will leave at 9:00 AM and head for Washington DC. We will plan to visit the White House, L’Enfant Plaza & National Mall, Eastern Market, and Union Station. We will drive the van down to the metro and use the Metro as our transportation through out the day. We will leave the city after dinner and head to York/Lancaster to spend the night.
Friday morning we will wake up and head to NYC. Once arriving we will be parking the van and using the Subway as our main method of Transportation. We will plan to visit Times Square, China Town & Canal Street, Central Park and the World Trade Center Memorial. We will leave NYC around 7:00 PM.
WHY TWO BIG CITIES: I want students to be able to experiences other cultures outside of York. I want us to engage in conversation to learn about the people who live, work and visit these cities. Our prayer is that these conversations will help students to “Own their Faith” learning what and why the believe what they do. We also pray that God will allow us to help others to think about Him and their need for Jesus Christ to be their Savior.
This trip will be a small taste of week long trips that Jeremy has lead with other groups. This type of trip stretches students to see and think about God outside of our little town.
COST: $20 will cover the cost of the Metro and Subway. We are then asking students to bring $35-$40 for food and drink. We will be eating 4 meals in the cities. Meals can range anywhere from $5-$8 per meal.
Youth Group @ the Biffarts in East Berlin. 6:30-8:30. Meet at Pathway at 6:00 to carpool.
Do to CAMP OUT there will be no WEGO on Thursday.

Thursday- Wego a flowing to City Island in Harrisburg. We will be looking to interact with people to show them the love of God and learn about what they believe. Sign up on eventbrite. This is a free event.
